How long does delivery take?
Most orders within Kathmandu valley arrive within 2 business days. Outside the valley, expect 3–5 business days. Once an order ships, you will see tracking on your order page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as the order has not shipped yet. Open the order from your account and click "Cancel order". Stock is released automatically.
How do returns work?
After an order ships, the order detail page shows a "Request return" button. Pick the items, give a reason, and submit. We review and respond within one business day.
I forgot my password.
Go to /forgot-password and request a reset link. The link is single-use and expires in 1 hour.
Which payment methods are supported?
We accept Khalti for online payments when configured, and cash on delivery is available across most of Nepal.
Where do I find an invoice?
Open the order on /account/orders/[id]. The "Print invoice" button generates a printer-friendly view that you can save as PDF.
